Information collected
The leadership interest form collects your full name, email address, country of residence, current job title, selected role category, a short message, optional LinkedIn profile URL, and consent. A submission timestamp and the privacy notice version are included in the business email. No CV or file upload is requested at this stage. Please do not include identity documents, financial account details, health information, or other sensitive information.
Purpose and personal follow-up
Your information is used to review your leadership interests and experience and to follow up personally with relevant role details and next steps where a suitable opportunity is available. It does not establish that a vacancy exists or guarantee an interview, employment, or a response. You are not automatically subscribed to marketing. Any broader advisory engagement requires a separate agreement.
Private email handling
The form sends your enquiry over HTTPS to a server-side website endpoint. When the sending service is configured, it emails the details to contact@leadershipcareerpartners.com with your email as the reply-to address. This role-interest flow does not save enquiries in the website’s database, browser storage, or public files, and it offers no public enquiry retrieval endpoint. The email contains your information rather than a public link. Website hosting and email providers process information necessary to operate the services.
Access to the business mailbox must be limited to authorized personnel through the mailbox provider’s account controls. Sending credentials stay on the server. Provider-side processing locations, logs, backups, and any international transfer requirements need review once the operating jurisdictions and email provider are confirmed. These safeguards do not represent a security certification or an absolute guarantee.
Employer disclosure requires explicit permission
We do not share an enquiry, CV, contact information, or other identifiable candidate materials with a prospective employer until the candidate explicitly authorizes that disclosure. Consent to submit this form permits review and personal follow-up by Leadership Career Partners; it does not authorize employer disclosure. Recipient-specific permission must be obtained before any such sharing.
Retention and deletion
No fixed retention period has been approved, and no automatic deletion schedule is configured. Enquiries accepted for delivery may remain in the business mailbox and provider systems until authorized personnel remove them under a later approved policy or in response to an applicable request. Provider logs and backup retention require separate assessment. The website does not offer automatic access, correction, or deletion of mailbox correspondence.
A retention policy will be added here when approved. Until then, consider this uncertainty before submitting your information. You may request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent by emailing the privacy contact. Requests are reviewed personally; identity verification may be needed. Applicable rights and exceptions depend on the jurisdictions involved. Withdrawing consent does not undo prior processing.
Submission status
A success message means the configured sending service confirmed acceptance for email delivery. It does not independently verify inbox receipt. A configuration or delivery error is shown when acceptance cannot be confirmed. The website does not automatically send a job description or promise that a vacancy exists.
Direct contact, cookies, and AI assistance
Direct email links open your own email application. The role-interest form requires no visitor account. Administrator authentication, where configured, uses authentication cookies. The existing AI assistant sends your questions and recent conversation to an AI provider to generate answers. Do not enter candidate details or sensitive personal information in the assistant. AI answers may be inaccurate and should be confirmed directly with the business.
